CEO & President
Noah has more than 15 years of attest, legal, IT and regulatory compliance experience. Noah sets the strategy and oversees execution of strategy at The Network Firm. While Noah advises public blockchain and virtual currency clients on myriad industry-specific issues, his expertise lies in licensing, IT & Security matters as well as attest and assurance reporting for Exchanges, Asset-backed token issuers, lenders and blockchain and cryptocurrency startups. Noah and partners created and launched the world’s first application of real-time attest technology in 2018.Noah is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA), and a former member of the California Bar Association and International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP). Noah has served in active roles for working groups with the AICPA and Chamber of Digital Commerce (CODC) since 2018 and hods a current seat on the Steering Committee for C4’s Cryptocurrency Security Standard (CCSS). Noah holds a Bachelor of Business Administration & Economics from the University of Nevada Reno and a Juris Doctorate from the University of San Diego.
COO & Attestation Partner
Jeremy is a CPA with more than 10 years of experience performing compliance audits, internal audits and financial statement audits for digital asset clients. Jeremy co-led a high growth team at a large CPA firm for the past 4 years and is recognized as a leading expert on stablecoins and stablecoin assurance. Jeremy has developed proprietary, technical audit procedures for testing ownership and control of digital assets since 2016. Jeremy and partners created and launched the world’s first application of real-time attest technology in 2018 and have since pioneered Proof of Reserves methodologies and reporting standards. Jeremy is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Management Accountant (CMA), with membership at the AICPA and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA). He is Certified Blockchain Professional (CBP) and member of the Cryptocurrency Certification Consortium (C4).Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, Accounting from California State University, Chico.
Chief Strategy Officer
Clayton is the strategic leader of The Network Firm with over a decade of consulting expertise in risk and internal control, IT & crypto security, data analytics, and product management. He works closely with the executive team to develop and implement the firm’s long-term vision and direction. With a unique blend of strategic thinking, analytical skills, and creativity, Clayton brings a breadth of experience to his role. Prior to co-founding The Network Firm, he was a founding member of a high-growth digital assets practice at a leading accounting and consulting firm and has established himself as an expert in real-time reserves assurance and transparency products. Clayton has a proven track record of success, having worked on numerous engagements for both start-up and publicly traded businesses in the digital assets space. Clayton sits on the Board of Directors at the Texas Blockchain Council. He holds a Bachelor of Science in business management from Louisiana State University (LSU) with minors in internal audit and entrepreneurship.
Director of Quality Assurance
Nick is a CPA with more than 5 years of experience performing compliance related work over digital asset & blockchain companies. Nick has experience auditing public and private companies in the industry including Bitcoin mining operations and cryptocurrency exchanges. Nick assists clients with the complex tax and accounting issues that arise when dealing with bitcoin or other digital assets. Nick has worked with a wide range of clients which operated in the construction, non-profit and technology industries throughout his 10+ years in public accounting. Nick is a Certified Bitcoin Professional (CBP) and Certified Public Accountant (CPA). He is a member of the Cryptocurrency Certification Consortium, Chamber of Digital Commerce, Ohio Society of Certified Professional Accountants (OSCPA) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).Nick graduated from John Carroll University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting. Nick serves as the treasurer and finance committee chair of a non-profit organization, Beat the Streets Cleveland. Beat the Streets Cleveland aims to improve the lives of at-risk youth by giving them access to mentorship and the sport of wrestling.
