In order to maintain our standard of engaging with clients of highest repute, manage our own risk, and safeguard the reputation al all clients we interact with, The Network Firm requests specific information to fulfill our client acceptance, onboarding, and scoping procedures.
Please select the appropriate tab with your Proof of Reserve Engagement type below and complete the onboarding steps. Once submitted, TNF will respond within 48 hours.
Be to sure complete the steps for the specific Proof of Reserves service you are onboarding for as described within our Proof of Reserves Services page.
Let's make sure we get an Mutual NDA in place. Feel free to sign our pre-signed NDA, or use our Draft MNDA as a starting point. Alternatively, you can send your MNDA to ClientCare@TheNetworkFirm.com and your TNF point of contact. Upon completed, please send the executed/countersigned MNDA to ClientCare@TheNetworkFirm.com
Upon completion, please send the Scoping File to ClientCare@TheNetworkFirm.com or your point of contact from The Network Firm. If necessary, the TNF team will schedule a follow-up call to ensure scope alignment within 3 business days.
Once TNF has an adequate understanding of the scope, we will formally propose for services and provide you with an Engagement Letter (and SaaS Agreements if applicable). If you agree to the terms of the Engagement Letter, please proceed to completing the Client Acceptance Questionnaire and initializing the Background Check process.
Please note, finalization of the Engagement Letter is subject to completing the following client onboarding steps.
To finalize onboarding, please complete the KYB questionnaire.
Upon completion, please send the file to ClientCare@TheNetworkFirm.com.
The Network Firm will reach out to discuss items related to the Client Acceptance Questionnaire (if needed). A follow-up call may be proposed to refine understanding within 3–5 business days of initial reception.
The "Know-Your-Business" (KYB) process can be completing concurrently with other aspects of onboarding. However, the KYB process must be completed prior to the delivery of any engagement outputs.
While we review the Client Acceptance Questionnaire, please provide the relevant information via our Background Check Portal by clicking on the link tile below.
Please complete the background check process for the CEO, CFO, and all 20% owners or greater of the engaging entity.
After completing the steps noted above, we will circulate finalized Engagement Letters (& SaaS Agreements, if necessary) for final signature.
These documents may be signed prior to but are not finalized until the TNF's KYB Process has been completed.
After receiving the signed documents, we will coordinate an engagement kickoff call!
